Rear armrest option

I think my best bet would be to swap my rear seat with one that has an armrest in it. The question is, does BMW make a 3-series that has leatherette interior, a rear armrest, and a solid rear seat? ...

Did you have to dremmel it? I was told by one of the techs at the dealer not to try cutting the firewall because I would hit the gas tank!

That is the option that I am leaning towards right now. Does removing the rear deck speakers leave a gap in the frequency range? I don't know how the crossovers are set up.
