Spark Plugs are not too expensive to replace, but the labor cost does.

BTW, peformance spark plugs will give you some minim HP gain, not much, but it's pretty good...

You can buy some pin rubber and insert them in (got to be creative and cut the rubber)

Or the 2nd option is you can fill with a filler, sand it, and repaint it .
