I've searched and people say low oil or lifter. Well my oil is topped up and I only use OEM oil or Castrol 0w 30.

I use redline mtl but would use OEM next change. My cool weather shifts are very difficult and I don't remember them ever being like that with OEM fluid. Will see when I put OEM in.
