If reprogramming were so cheap and easy why not buy the GT1 and do it yourself? Gotta remember the equipment is pricey as well. Having worked in the industry my whole life my feeling on this debate...

Definately sounds like it's stripped. Could have been orvertorqued. Any decent shop should be able to rethread it and put a new plug in for you.
