May I suggest you picking up some t-bolt clamps...

May I suggest you picking up some t-bolt clamps instead of using worm-gear clamps. After taking off and tightening worm gear clamps, you will eventually tear into your hoses.

4-5 psi at full throttle?? You definitely have a boost leak. What is it showing at idle...should be 18-20 in/Hg or so. Anything below that and a vacuum leak is very likely.

The autolevel motor is attached to the blue wire by a clip. Remove the clip that is attached to the motor. The clip is on the end of the wire that is closest to the red square in the picture.

Seriously???? 0w30?? Dude...drain that stuff out and get the proper viscosity for the M3. You need 10W60. And BMW recommends Castrol TWS. If you want to cheap out, get Lubromoly 10W60.
