I've drained my fluid through the hollow bolt on the steering rack and replaced the filter. The fluid is still bright after 18 months.

It is some interference caused by simultaneously...

It is some interference caused by simultaneously charging your phone, after a while it builds up and the radio cuts the aux. You can remove the interference by placing a cheap ground loop isolator...

Hmm yea, that's what I would be afraid of. I'm kinda hoping the chip is small enough to not be easily noticeable. But it might be too big and stand out as you said.

I'm open for all options! I'm only afraid that by taping and spraying a chip this small (and not smooth), it would be hard to level and blend with the surrounding paint without scuffing and spraying...
