If it helps ive driven on highway 120miles with 5 cylinders. Its horrible but can be done. Just drive slow accelerate gentle. I bent valves from a money shift 6 years ago.

Im not sure. Because when I fixed mine i noticed little change in fuel trims. However my o2 sensors were not connected right at that time so any change or improvement could be flawed by that.

Also your car sounds like how mine was running before I realised the o2 sensor connectors were connected to the wrong banks. Verify they are connected...

Yep it's way cheaper. I got the piston out by pressing the brake peddle a few times till it popped out when caliper was off the rotar. Keep piece of wood inbetween piston and caliper. Easy.

I would replace the o rings on the injectors, and when fitting the fuel rail start with injector 1 push down and work your way along injector 2-6. Push firmly. And start at an angle. That's how I do...
