how to drain and replace coolant?

sorry if it's posted around here... but I can't find a guide on how to drain the coolant in the cooling system and replace it with new coolant. I had some overheating problems, and thus was topping...

Previous owner was duped into it by the dealer and/or for some reason he or his wife burned it out due to lack of experience (just guessing), although he took impeccable car up to when I bought it....

There's a creaking noise coming from my clutch pedal every time I push it in or let it out. The creak isn't exacty like one an old door would make - it sounds (and FEELS) almost like if you scretched...

Something as simple as a metal pedal is not going to significantly different than a $300 set. Personally, I think the 'AC Sh!t-zer" is way overpriced and overrated. $250 for a parking brake...
