FSU Blower Motor Resister buzz

I replaced my FSU, and randomly had a buzz when I first used it.
Now if the blower is on high and I lower it I can hear a buzz, if I lower it to minimum or turn it off the buzz slowly goes away......

that's where i had trouble figuring out the clutch bypass for the remote starter. compustar, just have had a hard time with the reservation mode and gave up. will tackle it again...

I've had this issue for the past month. The light randomly comes on and off, at first it seemed like it would occur when parked on a slope.
