It's more likely you are leaking some, have you checked the valve cover, cpv and oil cooler lines for signs of leaking?

It's not like that's going to explode the tire or anything, but I usually run mine at 38 for both. Unless you're hauling stuff in the back/people in the back seat all the time the weight distribution...
