Just pull the pump out the one that is closest to the front of the car and toss a cork in the hole of the fluid tank. I spent 3 years trying to figure out where the leak was taking everything apart...

In reality - no, unless you want to respray the bumper there is no easy fix. It should however not cost too much...

guide bolts dont need to come out to change brake pads...... c-clamp to push the calliper back in the the way to do it. Not sure how that is not common knowledge as there are 100 DIYs here on...

Only thing that would squeal and affect the temp is the water pump.

So either your belt snapped or your water pump broke, both easy fixes.
