It seems it's just the defroster vent....I can't imagine why a front defroster would always blow just warm air. It makes it really uncomfortable in the cabin if it's warm/hot outside.

Ok...One the good side, replacing the outdoor air temp sensor finally helped the a/c run ice cold. The temp in the info center just reads 122degrees now at all times. Isn't this supposed to tell you...

Thanks for the info....I'll definitely try to lightly lubricate the seal....As far as the 89ftlbs, I thought that's what the Bentley manual stated. I'll re-check that...What would you tighten them...
