It means there's a bulb out somewhere. As for the revving high when it starts, yes it's normal, as long as it doesn't last more than like maybe 5-10 seconds.

Pretty much this. Paying it faster can only help your credit, and lets you pay less interest in the long run. So if you're financially able to do so, pay it off faster.

I have yet to find a "fruit" or "candy" flavored juice that doesn't taste like a chemical factory. So far the only ones I've liked are the dessert or liquor (like bourbon type stuff) flavors.
