Had CVV replaced and now it's back to normal. The tube between the two halves was cracked and one tube collapsed. If your going to do it replace tubes and CVV at same time. Thanks for input.

Have checked everywhere for vacuum leaks and found none. Could be CCV because there is quite a bit of suction with the oil cap removed. Engine stumbles with the cap on so it would be hard to tell....
