The M3 Radiator does not have plastic mount on side like Non M radiator. See pic 3 as comparison.

In another word, M3 radiator are FULL aluminum vs Non M radiator that are aluminum and plastic.

I agree with Oliver, by tinting just the red area while leaving the white (clear) exposed might ended up peeling if you used films (laminex). Best recommendation is to paint it.
