Hmm. I didn't realize wiper blades were so fragile.

I could see running the wipers over an icy windshield damaging them, but just pulling them off and causing damage is a little surprising.

Agreed that ruthless non competes are not enforceable. That's not to say that a non-compete cannot force you to sit out of your industry for a pre-determined amount of time in a geographic area.
