To be honest I'm not sure of the issues. However, it seems like there would be something weird to having 4th 5th and 6th having misfires together, and 1 2 and 3 being fine.

The good thing (or bad) is that if it's not at the point where the zip-tie fix can be used, the only option is a new regulator. Keeps it simple in terms of parts, but not with price :tsk:
