Will this set up work on m99 e46?

I have a 1999 328i with sport package that has 225/45 17 inch tires.

I looking to buy some addtional rims (see picture below).

They come off a Z4

The front rims are (8Jx18eh2) and the rear...

My stock 1999 328i has the factor sport suspension and with 17in rims.

I am looking to pick up the folowing set of rims/tires (I believe they are from a 540i). Will I be able to do this?

Is my radio toast or not?

Business CD with in dash player.

Put a CD in the other day - load clicking, would not play, and would not fully accept the CD - went in @ 90%.

I got the CD out.

Now the CD player is jammed...

CD player problems - looking for advice

I have an OEM BMW Radio with in-dash single CD player + a factory CD changer in my trunk.

The CD changer stopped work a while back - the radio displays "error" and I can't eject the cartridge that...

It pays to shop for service

I found a local shop run by a former BMW tech with 20 years experience.

Last service: (car has 150K miles)

replace and install parking brake hardware - was all rusted
new rear wheel...

shifter stiffer than normal

Had the tranny oil changed recently and did not solve the problem.

It just takes a tad bit more effort to shift into the gears.

It doesn't pop out or anything like that - just feels as though...

manual shifter getting stiff - best way to lubricate?

How best to lubricate the linkage?

Getting the shifter knob and boot off from within the car?

Sounds like I could squirt some lithium grease on the linkage from within the cabin?

Rear brake dilema - need some help quick

I tracked down a rear noise that I had.

My parking brake shoe is bound up inside the rear rotor.

When tryin to remove the the rotor I can wobble it slightly, but can't get it off - yes I did...

temperatue gauge problem - this is weird

This problem only happens when the outside ambient temperature is below 30 degrees and only on cold start up.

It has not happened for the past 5 months, but did today because we had frost...

- fluids (coolant, brake, rear, tranny)
- struts
- shocks
- brakes
