Check your battery voltage with the engine off first. If fully charged, then check your alternator output with the engine running.

A lot of limp modes have been caused by low battery voltage.

Move the radiator back, then lift it out.

Look.at your DISA valve. If broken, will cause up and down rpms, but if just unplugging MAF corrects it, DISA is ok.
