NA motor spark plugs should last longer than 60k, but there's always a chance they might've gone bad. Best bet is to check if you're throwing any codes and go from there, before you start replacing...

what material is the window regulator?

I just changed them and taking the old ones to the local recycling plant tomorrow, and they sort by what type of metal it is. I'm just wondering if it's steel or something else.

Get rid of it, duraflex is awful. As you've already found it, it's exactly the same as fiberglass. Look for polypropylene material, it's what the stock one is made of.

The gasket itself is a $40 part, and if you go to the dealer to get it installed, expect to pay 800-1000 for it, and indy mechanic would probably knock 200 off that. It's not actually that difficult...

A bad head cover gasket would mean coolant and oil mixing.

Did you mean you think the manual is suppose to be good? I'm pretty sure all the E90s use the same manual transmissions and I can tell you it's the most god awful stick I've ever driven.

Are you absolutely sure it's oil? Put a paper towel under that spot the next time you park your car overnight and see what color the liquid is. Using the AC should have affect on your car leaking...
