Stock size is 225/40 and 265/35. And those are factory specs and work perfect for M3. If you want aggressive look, don't make it with stupid oversized tires, but aggressive width / offset. Looks way...

Just to let you (and all potential buyers) know that wheel diameter has nothing to do with rubbing, either it's 15inch or 21 it doesn't rub if the width and offset is right. And these should fit...

Replacing actuator is just a waste of money, and btw those pressure tests and priming doesn't mean the pump is fine....
