Yeah I used sockets. I work at a shop and have messed with a lot of bushings, I don't think I damaged them on the install.

Yeah that temp sensor is just for your dash temp reading I believe, but I've heard that if its not working and thinks its really cold outside, your air conditioning wont work. I would ziptie it up...

True, but they are direct OEM replacements, not some aftermarket tubular racing ones or something. I would think the fit would be exactly the same as stock.

I just got done replacing most of my suspension wear items on the front and rear of my 2000 328i. I took it to BMW of North Scottsdale to get it aligned, thinking they should know what they're doing....

I'm in the process of swapping parts from my old overheated head to a new head that I bought. While I was messing with the lifters I remember that the e46s are notorious for having lifter issues.
