does your car hesitate under 2500rpm and then its fine? cause ive got the same problem, i hear a clunk but everything works fine it sounds like my drive shaft.:bawling:

what happened to your tranny cause mines acting up..it lags from a stop and then clicks once and then accelerates like it starts in 3rd and then shifts to first quickly.

Drill, fit, trim, curse, fit again, trim again, curse some more, and then finally get your buddy to do it. You dont have to trim that much otherwise it will shift.

Its the purge valve for the intake manifold,closing and getting rid of excess air since the car is off. So the next time you start you dont go out with a bang so to speak. Its normal VW's do this...

evermind i got it, it was insanely off by an inch in height, touching the bumper, not to mention the lights were facing almost at a 40 degree angle into the road instead of straight ahead. WOW go...

ok i took out the plastic "eyelid" underneath and undid 3 screws that i could see... am i missing any? because this sucker wont budge.Theres still a screw on the left somewhere but no idea how to...
