Bypass didn't work. Had to buy new repair kit. Lucked out and found a dealer ship moving out old stock and got it for a hundred bucks.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Turns out it was an Ignition switch. All problems solved. Really easy. Sorry for the long wait to reply. You can find anything on this site just don't give up.
