Yes those are the coil grounds and it may not be a bad idea to check and verify the engine to body ground strap on the passenger side frame rail behind the motor mount.

Given you changed the spark plugs 2500 miles ago and the problem appears to impact all of the coils/cylinders, I would suspect the coil grounds first.

They are commonly left disconnected.

Unscrew the fuel pressure test point and depress the valve with a towel covering the opening. If you get a solid spray of fuel, the fuel pump is not likely the problem.
