Only reason i ask is that i have 3 heads. m50b25 NV, m52b28 vanos, and an m54b30.... the later of the two are fragged ATM but have 48 good valves :)... and the M54b30 has the same springs...

as the tittle says im stuck between using bmw 7mm double spring (heavy, high heat capacity) or go with a lighter valvetrain at 6mm with s52 beheeive springs...
