Yep - all good. Problem fixed by replacing the broken vacuum line and passed inspection with no problem. Driven over 600 miles since this post and still all good.

I was throwing the same codes and when I looked at the vacuum line (#3 in the diagram) it was clearly broken in half. I fixed it just now and hoping that has cleared up the problem. Will know soon...
