So would you suggest not to use a distro block for the 4awg grounds from the amp and just draw those directly to a chassis ground?

I had a similar issue with my 325xi like 2 weeks ago.

Ended up switching out the battery (which ended up not being the issue) and then the alternator also (new battery was dead next morning)....
