you can't have 2 rms ratings. 100 is ur rms and 250 is the max wattage. Always put the rms wattage to your speakers. Putting more than rms then you are taking the risk of blowing your speakers.

I can back this up. My car overheated 4-5 times trying to get the car home. Car is fine IF you pull over right away and turn off the engine to let it cool down.
