Thanks for all of the other replies as well. I guess when it rains it pours. I tried to go out and see how hard it is to remove the bulb and I found that my hood is now stuck shut and won't open....

They guy I used in lubbock used to be the service manager at the BMW dealership there. So he was legit. I don't know how her could get it right and Firestone couldn't, but that was the case.
