yeah. the amp remote should connect to the remote wire of your HU or your ignition. the amp is staying on and the surge from the alternator on startup gives the subs a bump.

i filled a bit extra. 7 quarts in my 328i. light goes off n on depending on the incline. removed some and it does so less often. i was told to use 6.5quarts. but on your 330i maybe 7 is right.
