I used Redline in my 04 Eagle Talon TSI AWD. But...

I used Redline in my 04 Eagle Talon TSI AWD. But I never experienced results in it like this. You'll love it in your xi for sure.

So what would cause it to start vibrating now... Literally as soon as new axles went in? My only thought is that the old axles allowed/absorbed enough movement to mask the vibrations.

Actually no... Nothing is plugged in. I did however determine that the whine only occurs when using the Dice. I never listen to the actual radio but happened to switch it on yesterday. So... Guess...

99% sure the belt is routed correctly.... Used a Bentley manual for reference and had to check it to see how the belt was routed because like you said... I kept getting it wrong and having ribs...

Bad alternator ground makes sense... But for it to start acting up right after doing the coolant system seems a bit suspect. I seem to remember a plastic duct coming off the back of the alternator...
