Need advice on how to approach body shop

About a year and a half ago I went to a local body shop and got the chrome window trim on my e46 sedan painted gloss black. Its already chipping off on both sides and its becoming very noticeable....

just put new headlight lenses. The difference is insane. After washing, clay bar-ing, waxing, and new lenses the car looks like it just came off the showroom floor.
