I wont be home untill tomorrow evening to measure it exactly, but the manufacturing specs online list 41" for the load bars. Should be pretty close to that, but i'll measure it when I get home.

No, it is constant regardless of speed and RPM. The sound level is also constant. Some tracks are louder then others and drown out the sound, but on quite tracks it is extremely clear.

I haven't filled up recently, the car was warmed up. And I was pulling out of a stop sign slow at like 3k rpm. It dosent like a head gasket does it? Also, I don't have access to a code reader.

Some more info... The check engine light came on right away. And the car starts up fine every time, and then the idle bounces around from 500 to 1500 rpm, but the car dosent shut off.
