Pop off the spark plug engine cover and undo one...

Pop off the spark plug engine cover and undo one coil at a time and find the cylinder thats not firing. Probably a coil pack needs to be replaced. As well if engine is running and you pull oil cap...

It can be any of the rubber grommets at the sender/washer pump/headlight washer pump.
Also the washer sprayer that comes out at the headlight, can leak from there also.

Most likely a crack on the intake boot (MAF - throttle body)is causing the whistling. Quite a PITA to remove and replace because of the hose clamps location

It will not shut the car off.

Put your ear to the DISA and listen to the rattle and then unplug the connector and the rattle will go away. Classic flap failure.
