Multi throttle bodies are a pain in the ass on carb'ed motorcycles. Unless you plan to dump $10k into the motor I wouldn't even consider it.

I've had it come on when my pads a rotors are fine and not come one when the pads were metal to metal.

Just check your pad and rotors if they're good, reset the light and drive on.
