INPA/NCS Expert is completely different than the AK90 software...

Try hunting down a different version of the AK90 software. It seems there are issues with certain versions. I had luck with 3.02.

Unplug MAF to rule that out. Car will run fine with it unplugged. If you removed the DISA its possible you created a vacuum leak around that seal I suppose, although it doesn't seem very realistic...

Installed AK90+ exe that came with the tool. When I run the EXE, nothing happens (cursor changes to a hour class for a quarter second then goes back to normal). Can't find any log files. Tried both...

Any ideas on a way to replace that broken pin? Hate to swap an entire dme just because a single pin broke.

Hmm. Thanks for the response. I definitely have a severe oil leak from the valve cover gasket, but that would have inhibited not caused corrosion. Updated my previous post with a few more details.
