Yes, but it's not the ideal set up if your on OEM suspension. The fronts will stick out and if you ever lower the car you will need to make sure you have at least -2.5 camber.

Sorry, I couldn't tell you. I've have only owned 2 e46 M3's and Im not sure what can fit on a 330. Im sure some 330 owners could answer that for you though. It would definitely fit behind the 19x9.5...
