We pay certain smog guys 2x or 3x their normal fee and it magically passes. Or we register it elsewhere. (South Dakota has no Emissions for instance)

Yea, Technically, it's $15 bucks for Lunch/Drinks/the Event and the Dyno is Free. FSR agreed to do it for free for people who were registered for the event.

So it's $15 bucks for a day of fun....
