How bad is the leak? If it's just seeping a little, sometimes they seal up on their own.
Yes, there is an O-ring but I don't think that it's available separately.
You may need to replace the hose.

6 month update: Had the engine cover off this weekend and looked at the repair. It's holding up nicely as far as I can tell. Edges are still down nice and tight. So far so good.
