I would. When I took my intake off to get to the oil filter housing gasket, I pulled the DISA out. The little metal pin fell out on its own as I removed the DISA from the intake! Thats how close...

It probably inlcudes oil change since you cant take it out without dumping the oil. If so $480 doesnt seem too unreasonable, especially if the part is included.
