Squats felt very light, deadlifts required more work than I'd like but then again that was after doing squats and bench.

My bench is crap though, 185 feels decently heavy.

Did not know that, I just love going on rucks, after a while you just get used to the weight but the benefits it adds are pretty substantial if you ask me. Would much rather spend 1.5 hours walking...

The thing is, you want to work up to a certain weight and never go too heavy as it can mess up your knees, one of the main reason a lot of military guys have bad knees, they would lug 85-100...

This is exactly what I plan to do, it's a lot easier now since I am at such light weights but I plan to stick with this idea, will obviously change as I get into heavier weights.
