Yeah definitely go OEM. I get most of my stuff from pelican parts. I pull the intake when I do the CCV so it probably takes about the same 4 hours.

Usually yes, doing the valve seals requires head removal but I have a tool that threads into each spark plug hole and pressurizes the cylinder with air from an air compressor to keep the valves up...

I did a test last year. The numbers weren't the greatest ever but passable. I don't remember exactly what they were. And shes getting up there on millage...It's almost to 160,000mi.
