Did you ever get any further on this? My car is reporting misfires on the cylinders on bank 1 as well a lambda out of range on bank 1. No codes on the other bank.

There are pipes (or lines) going from the ABS unit in the front to each corner of the car and then rubber hoses are used to go from the body to the calipers...

It's for a 125K mile 8 year old street-driven car; I have no interest in a lightened flywheel given it's use. I'm after a cost effective way to get rid of the SAC.
