They should fit. I have them on my 330 convertible and a friend had them on his 330 coupe with no problem. They are OE wheels for the E46.

No, have them installed and they are a nice improvement. It seems that the 10mm are as much as the rears will take on my convertible without rubbing on the stock sport suspension with 18" wheels.
