G-tech times have nothing to do with weight...reffer to page 23 of the G-tech manual:

"The g-tech uses vehicle weight to calculate horsepower and torque".

page 73 also talks about that.

I tried the stock rim and tires from an M3 and the rear ones hit on the fender. They were r18 255/40... did you do anything else? Do they hit...i guess the extra 5mm makes...

The sensor should not be popping out; the metal brace should be locked in... the cars reaction is normal though; if the sensor pops out, the car stalls. Happened to me once; didn't tighten the filter...
