Transmission gear stall(possibily) upon start up acceleration

This occurred on my 2001 330ci stephtronic
With 89k miles. On regular drive
Upon acceleration it felt like the gear stalled
And the back wheels spun and Lagged to get into gear.

It is the rivet with the loop that connects to the lid strap holding the lower part of the glove box.
