Yes, get one with Sat radio functionality as well and you can get both Aux and Sat, search for Delmarco's thread where he explains all of this in detail, it's cheap and easy.

Yea, getting them painted is the annoying bit. I took it to a paint shop with a door handle at the same time. Wasn't much but I was also veryyyyy patient. Car looks so much better with it on.

Actually just do what ac2007 said first. Is the engine done? Probably, but I'd want to know for sure before starting removal.
