Always be aware of form- every exercise, every rep. Esp deadlift, it's helpful to reset after every rep. Imagine lifting the weight up...

As for melatonin, it might help you get into the habit of sleeping soon after you're in bed. Just don't take it regularly

You can set up a decent workout with pushup variations, pull ups off tree limbs, rowing water jugs, pressing sandbags, etc.. You might eventually want to expand a bit, but utilizing...

Only because I'm (loosely) following Chad Waterbury's program, "Huge in a Hurry", which identifies heavy, medium, and light days. I bought his book two years ago and still love the total body setup....
