Bit of advice, take a look at the hose clamps on your lower intake boot, mine were pointed straight down, I found it easier to buy replacements for $2 & cut the old ones the fight with them.

It's a process to be sure, my biggest issue was not having a set of security (e-torx) bits. Solidjake has a very good video on taking these apart. Took me about an hour once i knew what I was doing.

Does anyone has any tips on how to remove the hose clamp on the tube that connects the ICV to the lower intake boot? I spent 1.5 hours attempting it yesterday but the hose clamp was facing...
